In partnership with Malawian people using Christian church networks to improve lives, fight poverty, build confidence and develop communities without discrimination.

Orphan Care:

Help us care for over 300 children at the orphanage or supported by village guardians: e.g. soap 50p, skipping ropes £2, a bed net or an outfit of second hand clothes £5, a school uniform £6, much needed medicines or a football £10, a blanket £15, shoes £20,. ….they need so much.

 The Girls Hostel:

Feeling flush? Help us build an ablution block at the hostel for 48 girls to feel safe and at home. e.g. drain pipe £5, door £20, wash basin £25, toilet £60

Education:

You can fight poverty in the long term by supporting secondary education and vocational training for students from the Maoni orphanage and the Nsaru feeding programme: e.g. pens and exercise books £5, bus fares £5, school fees from £20 per term, clothes £20, tools £100, college fees £350 /year

 Strengthening the churches:

Without strong churches our programmes cannot be delivered. e.g. pastor’s Bible £5, bus fares to training days £10, a women’s worker for one month £25, a year’s training/ books for a pastor £150.

 Community Self-Help and Microloans:

Help communities, and assist women who want to do business! e.g. a village well £600, a chicken-rearing enterprise £300, bicycle ambulance £300, bicycle £100, a business starter loan for one woman £50, a health book £5

 Adult Literacy:

 You can help a woman to read, and then change an entire family. 300 people are learning in 12 village circles. e.g. training for one teacher £300, supervision trip £200, black boards and chalk £30, paper, pens and markers £20.

 Agriculture and Village Development:

Your gift can help us resource and equip local farmers. e.g. a farmer’s training day £30, seeds and fertilizer for one £20, one goat £35, broody hen and eggs £4, a piglet and food £50
